1. Acceptance

By using Outilverse (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Outilverse provides free, browser-based utility tools. Our tools run on your own device; we never receive or store the files you process. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our tools to process content you have no right to use, and not to attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its hosting.

4. Intellectual property

You keep and are responsible for all rights in the files you process. The Outilverse name, site design and code remain the property of their owners. Open-source libraries used by the tools belong to their respective authors and are used under their licenses.

5. No professional advice

Our tools are general utilities. Results produced by automated processing may sometimes be imperfect; always double-check important documents such as legal contracts or official submissions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of Outilverse are not liable for any damage or data loss resulting from use of the Service. Since files never leave your device, keep your own backups.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the current version replaces all previous versions.
